with continuous improvement of production process and the further refinement of the production control of branch plant, the function of real-time database can not meet the needs of production control this year. based on on spot research and demonstration, the information technology department(itd) developed a set of practical solutions , which meet the needs of polyether branch factory that they require add recycled water data to real-time database. the itd installed 300 meters optical fiber. they also purchased servers, switches, other data storage and exchange equipment. with 4 days of intense construction, equipment deployment and system configuration, polyether circulating water data was finally access to the company real-time database system successfully. this project let data analysis tools and production of closely integrated. it makes real-time display of key process data stored in long term, besides it provides a big data support for the later process improvement. with the continuous improvement of management and control, the benefits of informatization will be highlighted in all aspects of production and management in our company.
