the enterprise, established in 1994, specializes in polyether glycol production. it passed iso9001:2000 inside the industry and achieved annual designed output of 300,000 tons. products were well accepted by the clients throughout the years. it was awarded by shandong economic committee as the shandong province certified enterprise technology center in 2003 and it was appraised as the famous brand in china’s petrochemical industry in 2010. the enterprise's scientific research institute - dongda chemical institute was established with the help of academicians, professors and experts to improve product quality.

the company has a first-class testing laboratory in the country and various testing devices. testing could cover raw materials, productive process and product certification. each test runs through the quality control system, so product quality could be strictly-controlled.
